The staff treated our family with exceptional warmth and attentiveness. Check-in took longer than expected, causing some frustration.

The garden views are lovely, offering a peaceful retreat. The deluxe room offers ample space for both relaxation and moving around comfortably.
Check-in was a hassle, taking over an hour with staff fumbling over reservation details. Apparently, they charge more than what’s advertised, creating a frustrating surprise at checkout. Room cleaning left a lot to be desired. despite leaving the sign for cleaning, it was skipped entirely after the first night. The dining prices don’t match up with quality—everything felt overpriced and the portions were disappointing.

Had a fantastic stay at Gokulam. The property itself is very beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area. it felt clean and inviting. The water sports offered were a fun time pass. Breakfast was excellent, showcasing many local flavors and international options. I particularly loved the serene garden view while enjoying my tea. check-in took over an hour, and I faced some confusion over reservation details. room service was inconsistent. our room wasn't cleaned after the first night despite leaving the 'please clean' sign on. The dining options could benefit from more variety, especially for lunch and dinner. a lovely stay with some areas to improve.

great amenities but slightly overpriced
The staff treated our kids with remarkable warmth and kindness, making us feel truly valued during our stay. Our deluxe room was spacious and impeccably clean, which added to our comfort. I especially enjoyed the lovely garden view while sipping afternoon tea, a peaceful way to unwind after a day of activities.
I found the overall pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other resorts in the area.

A Mixed Bag with Great Potential
Our recent stay featured a picturesque setting, but the experience was inconsistent. The idyllic garden views captivated us, while the attentive dining staff greatly enhanced our meals. the front desk service needs improvement. A tip , check room locations as some face noisy areas.
